What can I say? I made 27 icons this year. I don't really feel like putting this community "officially" on hiatus, because I'm still interested in making icons and I'm still around, commenting on icon posts, voting, and making praise posts. So I'm not 100% inactive...anyway, here are the 15 icons I haven't posted yet, most of them were made for stocklove much earlier this year.

ICON NOMINATIONS - JOIN IN! | MY THREAD

So, first update this year. In case you're wondering what took so long: I could still feel the effects of Covid until February/March and didn't do much besides work, I booked a vacation which I then prepared for months on the weekends (yes, you can "overplan" a trip), and then came back from that vacation with Covid. Yay. At least this time the effects don't seem to last as long. For the first half of 2024, I can only share 25 icons, but that's better than nothing I guess...

In the end it was not my new job that prevented me from making more icons and updating this community in 2023, but getting Covid in October. Even though it was a mild case (or what is typically referred to as one), it reduced my energy levels. That effect is still persisting. Icons and related activities, and keeping up with DW/LJ in general, had to fall by the wayside. I hope to get back into icon making some time next year or at least keep up with what everyone else is doing. For now, here are all the unposted icons I made until September.

ICON NOMINATIONS - JOIN IN! | MY THREAD

It hasn't actually been thaaaaat long since my last entry (I definitely think it has been worse before^^) and I have been making icons (as recent as July!). However, my laptop with Photoshop is on its last legs. I did actually get a new one already, but I haven't set up anything yet. The resolution is higher though, so now icons look really small...I do still have a backlog of icons I can post here. Let's start simple with just two different sections. Stock (made for stocklove_ic) and Shadow and Bone icons made for various challenges. The majority come from the battle sietepecados organized. ICON NOMINATIONS - JOIN IN! | MY THREAD

Happy Holidays! I am working on a set for somein30 which should be posted next week, but I'm not sure how many there will be, probably not the full 20. However, I thought I post these icons to avoid having a massive batch at the beginning of January with leftover icons from 2021. There are also some Christmas-themed icons here, so I might as well post them now. Then again, there are also Halloween icons and it's too late for that...

It's been a while since the last post because I totally thought I'd manage to make something for somein30's extra round quickly. As you can see, I wasn't successful. I've started a set, but it'll take some more time.
This entry includes mainly icons I made for stocklove-ic and movieslims. The latter is running a mixed round for WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, so there are still some WandaVision icons to come from that round at a later date. There are also a handful of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier icons from other challenges ;)

I finally finished re-uploading all my icons to ImgBB! It only took me 3 years? lol
The icons from The Mandalorian are still from the previous round of movieslims. I was the LIMS that round even though I was never completely satisfied with my icons. Unfortunately, I was eliminated during the current round (Knives Out). I was so excited about this round and hoped to get into the finale.

Yay, another update!? I have a bunch unposted icons from various challenges and yet have only updated this community to post my monthlyinspo icons this year. Now there aren't actually that many left... I am amused by the fact that all movies ones are from Denis Villeneuve movies and then there's one lonely Hotel Transylvania icon.
