Finally, my entry for somein30. The theme "All Things Random" was absolutely amazing and super inspiring. I started right away and made 1-2 icons per day, but then kinda lost momentum and really needed that extension. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with my set. Usually I lament the fact that it does not look coherent. This time I went into the opposite direction. I thought it would fit the theme to use as many different styles/techniques as possible. That didn't quite work out, but this time I like how chaotic the overall look is. I also really wanted to use 20 different fandoms which was much easier.

Two battles in one entry! The first one is The Witcher Season 1 battle organized (again!) by sietepecados. We all made one icon per episode (see results here). I went for a vintage theme which I think worked out well. The second one is the comedy battle organized by naginis. This one had two parts, themes and provided screencaps. To see the specific themes and everyone's icons go to this entry. I picked Galavant for the themes spontaneously (I wanted to do Brooklyn Nine-Nine first) since it fits better to The Witcher I'd say. I usually don't icon shows/movies I've never seen, so I made a rainbow with the provided caps which I actually really like. This is why I kept the one Galavant icon in that set of icons :D

Here's my set for 20muses, finally. I'm cutting it very close because I kind of lost motivation after five icons, took a break and then made the rest in three days. The inspiration post for this challenge is amazing which is the reason I signed up in the first place. I claimed Galavant and Brooklyn Nine-Nine since I wasn't sure I could work with only Galavant, so I thought claiming the only other comedy I watch would fit best.

Summer is over! Not so sure about my back, so I'm still just concentrating on the two LIMS contests I signed up for and will hopefully make some icons for tmfaction after that since I haven't participated in the last two months either. Anyway, another post I'm rather happy with, again due to two fandoms: Galavant and Daredevil. Some of these icons are from May, so not waiting too long to post icons didn't really work in this case, and there were more unposted icons from these fandoms than I thought ;)
